Questions

Things people ask first.

Is the course really free?Yes, the course is. Make a free account and watch all 18 videos and download the workbooks. The data tools are not free: they cost $40 a month and there is no free tier or free trial. You only pay that if you want to use the tools yourself.
Can I start with Plan 1 and move up later?Yes. Many people learn first, then ask for help when they find a property. Tool fees you have already paid are a separate subscription and do not count toward the Plan 2 or Plan 3 fee. The tools are not included in Plan 2 or Plan 3, so keep your $40 a month subscription if you want to go on using them yourself, or cancel it any time.
What is the difference between Plan 2 and Plan 3?In Plan 2 you search and negotiate, and we check the numbers. In Plan 3 we do all of that for you.
Why is Plan 3 cheaper than most buyer’s agents?Our research is already built into our tools. We do not start from nothing for each client, so we can charge less.
Can I cancel the tools?Yes, any time, in one click. Your access continues to the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.
Where do you work?All over Australia. The data covers every suburb in the country, and all three plans are available wherever you are buying. Inspections are done in person or by live video walkthrough.
